● 2003
Our business faced a significant setback and was ultimately shut down due to a series of unexpected incidents involving some of our global clients. These incidents included sudden
contract cancellations, supply chain disruptions, and unforeseen financial difficulties among our
key international partners. The cumulative impact of these challenges was substantial, leading
to a severe decline in revenue and operational capacity. Despite our best efforts to mitigate the
effects and stabilize the business, the rapid and unanticipated nature of these events left us with
no viable path forward at the time. As a result, we had to make the difficult decision to cease
operations. This period was a pivotal learning experience for us, and it has since informed our
strategies to build a more resilient and adaptable business model.
● 2012
After shutting down in 2003 due to unexpected issues with some global clients, we began efforts to revive our business. To reach more customers and improve our marketing, we launched
online platforms. This included a new website, active social media accounts, and online
advertising. We also added e-commerce features to our website, making it easier for customers
to buy from us directly. These steps have helped us reconnect with our market, attract new
clients, and rebuild our business for the future.
● 2013
More local clients began to use our services again, rebuilding relationships with us
despite the previous year’s challenges. We focused on improving our products and customer
service, tailoring our offerings to meet local needs. By engaging with the community and
consistently delivering quality, we regained trust and confidence. This support from local clients
has been crucial in our recovery and growth, laying a strong foundation for our future.
● 2015
We took a significant step in our journey by officially re-registering our business as
HUSWELL TRADING, based in Quezon City. This milestone marked our formal return to the
market with a renewed sense of purpose and structure. Our home office, staffed with two
dedicated owners, twelve skilled production personnel, and one reliable driver, was ready to
serve our clients with enhanced efficiency and commitment.
This year also brought another notable achievement as we secured our first flower shop client
located in Dangwa, a renowned flower market. This partnership not only signified our ability to
attract new business but also demonstrated our versatility in catering to diverse industries. The
collaboration with the Dangwa flower shop showcased our capability to meet specialized needs,
further establishing our reputation for quality and reliability in customized packaging solutions.
These developments in 2015 were pivotal in strengthening our operational foundation and
expanding our client base, setting the stage for future growth and success.
● 2016
We expanded our services to include offset printing and digital printing due to high market demand. Recognizing the growing need for these services, we invested in the necessary
equipment and expertise. This expansion allowed us to offer a wider range of printing solutions
to our clients, meeting their diverse needs and staying competitive in the market.
● 2017
We partnered with a foreign client in Germany, expanding our export operations to two
countries. This partnership led to thousands of orders being placed quarterly, significantly
boosting our business and international reach.
● 2018
We made significant strides in expanding our business by opening our first public store and office. This new location allowed us to cater to walk-in clients and enter the retail market,
offering our products directly to consumers. To further broaden our reach, we also launched
stores on third-party online platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, tapping into the growing
e-commerce market.
To support this expansion, we grew our team to include three dedicated employees and
partnered with a subcontractor to help fulfill the increasing number of orders. These efforts have
enabled us to serve a wider customer base more effectively and continue our growth in the retail
and online sectors.
● 2020
Amidst the global pandemic, our company achieved significant milestones despite the
challenges. We successfully relocated to a larger showroom and storage facility, which allowed
us to accommodate our growing inventory and better showcase our products. Additionally, our
workforce expanded to include 5 employees, indicating growth in our administrative and
customer-facing roles. Furthermore, our production team grew to 25 personnel, highlighting our
commitment to meeting increased demand and maintaining operational efficiency during
uncertain times. These accomplishments underscore our resilience and strategic growth despite
the adverse global conditions.

Our company focused on product development by introducing new technology and machinery aimed at enhancing our crinkle shredded packaging accessories. This innovation not

process, such as using biodegradable materials or reducing waste, we aimed to meet the

Our company expanded its capabilities by acquiring a UV printer, enhancing our ability
to label products more effectively and diversify our offerings in the market. This new machinery

printing technology, we could ensure high-quality, durable labels that maintain their appearance
